No Aamir Khan Film For Deepika Padukone

One of the resolutions Deepika Padukone took in the new year was that she will look forward to act with both Salman Khan and Aamir Khan, this year. Deepika has not yet acted with these Bollywood heavy weights till now, but there were rumours of Deepika bagging an Aamir film, to be produced by Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment.

But Deepika clarified that she has not signed Aamir movie and also added that she would like to do an Aamir movie soon. She said, "I would like to do a film with Aamir. There is nothing happening on that front right now. There is no such thing (on doing a film with Excel Entertainment)." It was at the Stardust cover launch event, Deepika opened up and clarified this.

Deepika has a very impressive track record in Bollywood as she debuted with Shahrukh Khan and starred in many superstar movies as the female lead. In the past, she paired up with Akshay Kumar, Ranbir Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and others. She, recently, in a press meet said, "I am looking forward to work with Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan some day. I am hoping to tick mark that list."

After the mammoth success of Chennai Express, where Deepika collaborated with Shahrukh Khan, she will be seen in one more King Khan film directed by Farah Khan, titled as 'Happy New Year'. She has finished Homi Adjania's Finding Fanny Fernandez which is scheduled to release in July. She had done Homi's Saif Ali Khan film, Cocktail, earlier and believes completely in his talent. She explains, "The script and role in this film was good. The transformation of me as an actress happened with 'Cocktail' that was Homi's film, so I was excited to do English language film with him. Also I was getting to work with Pankaj Kapur, Naseeruddin Shah and Dimple Kapadia."

Finding Fanny Fernandez has a surprise for Deepika fans as Ranveer Singh is playing her husband in this movie.
