A
Hindu
outfit
has
submitted
a
memorandum
to
the
Central
Board
of
Film
Certification
(CBFC)
demanding
ban
on
the
movie
Ragini
MMS
2
starring
Sunny
Leone
and
also
pressed
for
deportation
of
the
porn
star
turned
actress
from
India.
The
outfit
called
Hindu
Janjagruti
Samiti
(HJS)
terming
the
movie
Ragini
MMS
2
as
"an
assault
on
Bharatiya
culture" threatened
to
launch
agitations
in
front
of
cinema
halls
if
the
movie
is
not
banned.
According
to
the
outfit,
the
movie
Ragini
MMS
2
will
increase
communal
tension
as
it
starts
with
chanting
of
the
Hanuman
Chalisa
which
is
sacred
to
the
Hindu
community.
"Notorious
pornstar
Sunny
Leone
plays
the
lead
role
in
the
film
and
by
making
use
of
Shri
Hanuman,
religious
sentiments
of
Hindus
have
been
hurt
a
lot,"
the
outfit
stated
in
the
memorandum.
Referring
to
the
stated
words,
the
outfit
standing
against
Ragini
MMS
2
asserted
that
Sunny
Leone
has
been
leading
the
young
generation
of
the
country
towards
carnal
desires
and
hence,
she
should
be
deported
from
India.
HJS
further
held
CBFC
responsible
for
rising
crimes
against
women
across
the
nation
as
the
board
has
been
approving
films
like
Ragini
MMS
2.
"Presently
offences
such
as
rapes
and
atrocities
on
women
are
on
the
rise
everyday.
In
such
a
situation,
it
is
unfortunate
to
observe
that
films
are
being
produced
and
granted
permission
for
exhibition
which
are
leading
the
society
towards
lecherousness
and
immorality
by
deluging
it
with
pervert
and
obscene
films,"
stated
the
memorandum.
The
outfit
also
informed
that
they
are
trying
to
convince
the
theatre
owners
not
to
exhibit
Ragini
MMS
2
starring
Sunny
Leone.
Well,
with
such
anti
bodies
standing
against
the
erstwhile
porn
star,
seems
it
won't
be
so
easy
for
actress
Sunny
Leone
to
shed
away
her
past
and
carry
forward
her
Bollywood
career.
Now,
it's
only
time
to
decide
whether
Sunny
with
her
growing
fan
following
and
acting
skills
can
overcome
her
critics
or
end
up
in
the
other
way.
It
is
to
be
mentioned,
the
movie
Ragini
MMS
2
has
been
making
fine
box
office
collection
in
the
domestic
market
but
the
performance
overseas
is
rather
not
so
impressive.
