Preity Is A Friend, Ness A wonderful Gentleman: Saif

Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan today said he was saddened by what has happened between his good friends actress Preity Zinta and industrialist Ness Wadia.

Preity has accused Wadia, her former boyfriend, of molesting and abusing her and filed a police complaint.

"I am friends with both (Preity and Ness). I went to school with Ness and from what I know of him he is a wonderful gentleman. I am sad this has happened. I hope things are sorted out between them," Saif said during an interaction with the media here.

"Both are my friends. I want both of them to be happy," he said. Saif and Preity shared screen space in films like Dil Chahta Hai, Kal Ho Naa Ho and Salaam Namaste.

It is to be mentioned, preity Zinta some days back filed a police complaint against industrialist Ness Wadia alleging molestation. The actress also recently tweeted expressing her sadness on the incident and sought public support.
