Priyanka Chopra On A Billboard In New York For A Cause

Priyanka Chopra who was recognised after her album in 2012 is now back in news again Internationally. The actress appeared on a bilboard in Times Square, New York, all for a good cause.

She was on a billboard alongside the Hollywood actor Antonio Banderas and Li Bingbing. It is a billboard put up for a campaign on climate change.

"It's not something that can be ignored any longer... Climate change is happening and it is our duty to sit up and make the changes required. It's exciting to have the campaign run at Times Square, and I hope it has a far reach. The protection of our environment is a cause that I strongly believe in, and I am proud to join so many world leaders and celebrated global personalities in this effort to enhance awareness and create change," says Priyanka.

Priyanka has also shot a video for the UN Climate Change Summit with other big names like Al Gore, Alison Sudol, Bindi Irwin, Ed Norton, Michael Bloomberg and Ian Somerhalder.

"The UN assistant secretary general, Robert Orr's office had sent an invitation to Priyanka Chopra from India", says a source close to the actor.

Priyanka Chopra was seen last in Mary Kom for which she garnered a lot of positive reviews.
