Rabiya Khan To High Court: Will Not Use Defamatory Language

Bollywood actress Jiah Khan's death is still a mystery. While her mother Rabiya Khan is fighting for her daughter's justice, she has been accused of pulling the Pancholi's name and making derogatory remarks.

On Wednesday, Rabiya Khan has recorded her statement in the court saying she won't use defamatory or derogatory remarks against the Pancholis in any public forum.

The 100 crore defamatory case against Rabiya Khan was filed by the Pancholis for tarnishing their reputation in public through her defamatory remarks in her micro-blogging site Twitter account.

Rabiya Khan is debarred from making any comments or remarks against Sooraj Pancholi who is the main accused in the Jiah Khan's death case. However, the court has granted her four weeks time to travel as Rabiya is a British national and she lives in UK.

The court adjourned the case for hearing to August 25, 2014 as the next date for the defamation case. Jiah Khan was found hanging in her Juhu apartment in Mumbai on June 3, 2013. Her mother Rabiya Khan has filed a case against Sooraj Pancholi, accusing him of abetting the suicide.
