Who Is Sameera Reddy's Husband Akshai Varde?

Sameera Reddy married her beau Akshai Varde on Tuesday (January 21) in a hush-hush manner. The wedding was limited to their family and friends. However, many are not aware of the groom's background. So, we are letting you know who he is.

Akshai Varde is inspired by bikes. He has been designing customised bikes for nine years. He is the owner of the company Vardenchi Motorcycles. After completing his degree in hotel management, he worked in many companies including in Jet Airways as a cabin crew.

During this period, he purchased an old Royal Enfield for Rs 17,000 and designed it as per his needs. It draw the public and friends attention. This sparked a new idea in him of starting his own company as many wanted him to design bikes for them.

He started his company Vardenchi Motorcycle with just Rs 2 lakhs with two workers in Juhu, Mumbai. But he was doing it as a part-time business. By the end of 2005, he saw the increase in the demand for the custom-made bikes. Hence, he quit the job to concentrate on his passion.

Today, many Bollywood celebrities like Jackie Shroff, Karan Grover are his customers. He had also built a bike for Akshay Kumar's Oh My God last year. His company is growing 20% year-on-year.
