Swara Bhaskar Is Salman's Reel Life Sister

Actress Swara Bhaskar has grabbed a worthy role in the film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. The actress will portray the role of Salman Khan's sister. Interestingly, it was Salman's real sister who chose his on-screen sister. Alvira Khan recommended Swara's name to the director Sooraj Barjatya. As per reports, Alvira saw Swara in the film Raanjhanaa and liked her work.

Swara also confirmed the news and said, "Alvira saw Raanjhanaa (2013) and liked my work. We've also known each other for some time. I had hosted a book launch for a common friend where Helen ma'am was the chief guest. Alvira and Atul (Agnihotri, husband) had liked the comparing. I am grateful for this recommendation."

Swara has earlier worked with actress Sonam Kapoor in the film Raanjhanaa. It will be interesting to see the equation between Swara and Sonam as she (Sonam Kapoor) plays the love interest of Swara's brother Salman Khan.

Shooting for the film will begin in July. Swara said that her role if different from what she has done in the past and also that it is a performance-oriented role. Actress was quoted, "My part is highly performance- oriented and different from anything I've done so far. I'm readying myself for the challenge. I hope I can live up to Sooraj sir's expectations. Meanwhile, my friends and relatives have already begun requesting me for autographs from Salman Khan."

Actor Deepak Dobriyal and Neil Nitin Mukesh are also part of the film. Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh plays the role of Salman Khan's step brother.
