The Shaukeens: 8 Dialogue Promos Of Akshay Kumar-Lisa Haydon Starrer

The Shaukeens starring Lisa Haydon in the lead role and extended guest appearance of Akshay Kumar is releasing on November 7th. With just two days left for the release the team has decided to launch almost 8 dialogue promos of the movie.

Since the movie is a remake of 1982 film, Shaukeen which was also a super-hit comedy movie at the time, this movie is sure to tickle your funny bone. This movie's star cast has some of the famous veteran actors like Anupam Kher, Annu Kapoor and Piyush Mishra.

Akshay Kumar is said to be essaying the role of an alcoholic superstar, and what more Akshay Kumar is also co-producing the film. After the first day of his shoot with Lisa, the actor posted, "1st shot of my new film Shaukeen. It has been a great day! Well done Lisa Haydon. You were born for the big screen."

Rati Agnihotri will also play a cameo role in film, she had played the lead role in original version of the film.

Actor Abhishek Bachchan has also been roped in for a "hilarious cameo appearance". The director says, "Bachchan Junior has impeccable comic timing and that's what we have explored in the brief role that he has done."

Kareena Kapoor too is making a special appearance in the movie. The director says, "Kareena has an aura about her that's unmistakable."

He continued to talk about Kareena saying, "I just had to tell her the tone of the scene once and she gave me six different variations. That's why she is such a fine actor."

Akshay and Suniel Shetty have done a number of films together. "Akshay and I share a deep bond of friendship,when they told me about the scene, I found it refreshingly different. That's why I had to do it," says Suniel.

Akshay's mother-in-law, Dimple Kapadia too is making an appearance in the movie. She said, "I laughed when Akshay told me what the scene was. It was just too tempting for me to refuse it."
