Cannes 2014: Uday Chopra's Debut Hollywood Production To Open Fest

Cannes Film Festival 2014 is all set and Bollywood actor cum producer Uday Chopra happened to be the first celebrity from the B-Town to reach beautiful French Riviera.

And the Dhoom franchise actor did not miss the chance to post a click of his own on Twitter with the enchanting view of the French city in backgroud.

This being the debut visit to Cannes Film Festival by Uday Chopra, he will attend the event as co-producer of the festival's opening film Grace of Monaco (Grace de Monaco) starring Nicole Kidman.

As a matter of fact, the film Grace of Monaco also happens to be the first film to be produced under the banner of YRF Entertainment which is a Hollywood production section of Yash Raj Films.

Earlier in a statement Uday said, "I knew from the moment I read the script that we had something special in Grace of Monaco. I feel proud that YRF Entertainment has managed to reach this milestone with its first release."

The movie Grace of Monaco directed by Oscar winning French director, Olivier Dahan is a biopic of Hollywood star-turned princess Grace Kelly.

Others to join Uday at the 67th Cannes Film Festival are Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Freida Pinto, Mallika Sherwat and Kamal Haasan.
