When Aamir And Modi Shake Hands!

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan recently met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the latter's office.

The actor and the PM had a discussion on several social issues which were highlighted on Aamir's TV show Satyamev Jayate as well.

Aamir Khan after the visit made some Twitter posts about the issues and the feedback that he received from the PM.

Aamir posted, "..on SMJ on the various issues that we tackled in our show. He has assured me that he will look into all the matters (sic)."

It is to be mentioned, one of the most highlighted issues that Aamir raised on the TV show was the issue of female foeticide.

Aamir discussed with Modi about the impact of a campaign called 'Vote For Change' initiated by the show Satyamev Jayate.

While, Aamir expressed his gratitude to Modi through his Twitter page for spending some time with the actor, the PM's office also posted images of Aamir and Modi shaking hands.
