60th Filmfare Awards 2014: Best Playback Singer (Female) Winner

The 60th Filmfare Awards is going on in Yash Raj studios in Mumbai tonight. The big star event where one will get to see the big wigs of Bollywood industry is so full of energy.

Nominations for different categories have been made and tonight is the night! In the Best playback (female) category, the nominees were Jyoti Nooran and Sultana Nooran for ‘Pataka Guddi’ in Highway, Kanika Kapoor for ‘Baby Doll’ in Ragini MMS 2, Rekha Bhardwaj for ‘Hamari Atariya pe’ in Dedh Ishqiya, Sona Mahapatra for ‘ Naina’ in Khoobsurat and Shreya Ghoshal for ‘ Manwa Lage’ in Happy New Year.

The Best among the best are the ones who are lucky to get the Black lady. Kanika Kapoor won the Best playback (female) category.

The new voice of this singer is the reason for the most number of votes she got and won tonight. Ragini MMS 2 featuring Sunny Leone was a very big hit. Kanika Kapoor's song Baby Doll rocked the chartbuster too.
