ABCD 2 Dancer Arrested For Raping Mentally Challenged Minor

One dancer of the movie ABCD 2 starring Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor, has been arrested for allegedly raping a mentally challenged 14-year-old girl.

The accused happens to be one of the dancers in the film and two more persons are allegedly included in the crime, who are absconding.

It has been reported that one back-up dancer named Nilesh Nirbhavane, who was a part of the movie ABCD 2, along with two other persons, have repeatedly gang-raped the minor.

As reported, the accused along with friends raped the girl for around a month, until he was arrested on June 26th. They used to take the girl to some isolated area and rape her. This continued for almost a month until one day the victim's teacher noticed that something wrong was happening with the girl.

The victim told the teacher that she was being sexually assaulted by three boys. The teacher immediately informed her parents who then filed a police complaint. Nilesh was the prime suspect and after some interrogation by the police, he confessed the crime. The accused has been charged under 376D (gang-rape), 377 (unnatural offences) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the IPC.

Although, the victim stated the involvement of three persons in the crime, police confirms that only Nilesh and one of his friend were involved. While, ABCD 2 dance member, Nilesh has been arrested, the other accused is still absconding.
