Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Gets Legal Notice From Sarabjit Singh's Sister
Apart from her comeback film Jazbaa, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will also be seen in Sarabjit Singh's biopic which will be directed by Omung Kumar.
However, looks like the film will be delayed, if not shelved, as both Aishwarya and the director have got into a legal trouble; thanks to Sarabjit Singh's sister.
Aishwarya Rai is supposed to play the role of Sarabjit Singh's elder sister, Daljit Kaur who after much hardships, permitted them to make the film. But another sister of the deceased man is reportedly ready to have a legal fight with the makers of the film.
Baljinder Singh has reportedly sent a legal notice to Aishwarya Rai and director Omung Kumar, demanding that the biopic should not be made. Apparently, Sarabjit Singh's sister fears that the film would project Sarabjit in a negative manner and hence, she is not ready to grant a green signal to the makers.
Now, it is time to decide whether Aishwarya and Omung Kumar be able to convince Sarabjit Singh's sister, Baljinder Singh and till then, the biopic's fate is uncertain.
