Alia Bhatt, who performed at the opening of ISL Football, for the first time got the opportunity to meet superstar Rajnikanth on stage and was starstruck. Alia standing on stage along with Aishwarya Rai, Arjun Kapoor, Sachin Tendulkar and Nita Ambai saw the superstar and was shaking in excitement.
The Shaandaar actress, Alia Bhatt was quoted about meeting superstar Rajnikanth as saying,
"It was for the first time that I was meeting him. I was starstruck... I was shaking. But I was very excited. It was amazing meeting him. He is a warm and down-to-earth person. I met him on stage and everyone was very excited."
When asked if she would love to work with superstar Rajnikanth someday, Alia Bhatt says, "Depends on what role it is. I could be playing his daughter."
The actress further continues by saying, "We all...me, Amit ji, Aishwarya, Abhishek.. sitting in one room...one box watching the game it was nice. We were rooting for Chennai."
Alia Bhatt's Shaandaar is all set to release on October 22, 2015.
