Deepika Padukone Finally Calls Kangana, Clears Misunderstanding

Just when we thought that we would be witnessing one of the biggest cat fights in the history of Bollywood, comes a clarification from Deepika Padukone to set things right with her contemporary, Kangana Ranaut.

Deepika recently dedicated her award to Kangana as she felt she deserved it more for her performance in the critically acclaimed movie, Queen.

Kangana who has decided to not attend anymore award functions like Aamir said that "Deepika never called me up directly" while other stars like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan etc called her and appreciated her work.

This led a big misunderstanding between the two actresses. In an attempt to clear this misunderstanding Deepika finally called Kangana who is currently spending time with parents in Manali.

Kangana confirmed this news, stating, "Deepika called me, and clarified that she had no personal equation with me to make a direct call (to appreciate her performance in Queen). Also, I explained to her how it would have been unjust for me to publicly acknowledge an award from her when I have decided not to attend any awards functions."

She further added, "It was an emotional and heartfelt conversation. I appreciate that she called me; she is truly courteous and very emotional, and I just love that."

Thank God! Everything got cleared, else we would have been witnessing another infamous cat fight of Bollywood.
