Deepika Padukone To Star In A Hollywood Movie?
After Priyanka Chopra's success at the television series Quantico, Deepika Padukone is also keen to experiment her acting skills in Hollywood. The actress, was speaking to the media during the MAMI festival in Mumbai and was quoted that she wants to explore the West.
Deepika Padukone, was quoted as saying, "I am interested in doing Hollywood films. I am ready to explore... working in the West. I couldn't do 'Fast and Furious'.. I am glad I chose to do 'Ram Leela' promotions."
Opportunity came knocking her door in 2013, to be a part of the Hollywood movie Fast & Furious 7. However due to other commitments for Ram Leela, Deepika had to turn down the once-in-a-lifetime offer.
Though its never too late, Deepika can still bag an Hollywood offer and we hope she gets the opportunity to be a part of it. The actress is looking out for roles and has shown interest in Hollywood movies and was quoted as saying,
"If something interesting comes up I will take up. Here we are subject to shelf life... keeps arising... times have changed. There it is not like that."
Deepika Padukone also says, that success in Bollywood has not affected her as a person, and she is still down to earth and even washes her own dishes.
"I have not changed ... my family would speak about it. I do wash dishes at home...I did last last night. My parents ...school friends are supportive and encouraging." says Deepika Padukone.
Deepika Padukone is busy promoting her upcoming flick Tamasha starring opposite Ranbir Kapoor. The actress would also start promoting her next movie Bajirao Mastani starring along with Ranveer Singh.
Tamasha, is all set to release on November 27, 2015 and Bajirao Mastani would release on December 18, 2015 clashing with Shahrukh Khan and Kajol starrer Dilwale.
