Filmfare Awards 2014: Best Director

The 60th Britannia Filmfare Awards, 2014 is on and there have been a lot of speculations on which films and stars will get highest number of awards this year.

Now, it's time to put an end to all the speculations and give you the actual updates on the much awaited Filmfare Awards 2014.

Talking about the best director award, there are five nominations and each one of them are very deserving.

Vikas Bahl

The nominations for the best director award include Vishal Bhardwaj for Haider, Abhishek Varman for 2 States, Anurag Kashyap for Ugly, Rajkumar Hirani for PK, Vikas Bahl for Queen and the jury certainly had a tough time selecting the best one out of these five hard-working directors.

Although, there was a tough competition among Vishal Bhardwaj for Haider, Rajkumar Hirani for PK and Vikas Bahl for Queen, final verdict goes in favour of Vikas Bahl.

Yes, Vikas Bahl has won the best director award for the movie Queen starring Kangana Ranaut.
