Gour Hari Dastaan-The Freedom File may not mint crores at the Box Office but from the looks of the trailer, it will definitely make an impact on Hindi cinema and get people to notice the power of such different kind of cinema.

It may not have a Khan, an item number or romantic songs captured in snow cap mountains, but it has real story, real emotions and some noteworthy performances.

The moment the trailer was released, it has taken Twitter by the storm and has been trending. People have loved the trailer featuring Vinay Pathak, Konkana Sen Sharma, Ranvir Shorey and many more.

The film directed by Ananth Narayan Mahadevan is all set to release on 14th August, could not have been more perfectly timed.

The film was part of the Indian Panorama at the International film festival of India (2014) Goa, INDIAN CINEMA TODAY- at the International Film Festival of Kerala IFFK (2014), International Film Festival of Bangalore, International Film Festival of Chennai 2014 and has gained recognition everywhere.
