Is Anil Kapoor Unhappy With The Remake Of Ram Lakhan?

Recently, Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar had announced that they will be remaking Ram Lakhan, released in 1989, starred by Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Jackie Shroff and Dimple Kapadia.

But, it seems that Anil Kapoor is not happy with the idea of the remake of his super-hit film and said that remaking Ram-Lakhan is more of a business proposition than a creative one.

"I think remaking is more of a business proposition than a creative. But I think Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar will do their best." Kapoor told PTI in an interview.

On being asked whether his actor nephew Arjun Kapoor would be fit for his role, Kapoor said, "I don't know . I think it depends on filmmakers. There are certain filmmakers who are casting actors more for the excitement of first look than getting the perfect cast for a bigger picture."

Well, there are rumours that the duo of Students Of The Year, Sidharth Malhotra & Varun Dhawan may end up working together in Ram Lakhan remake as the audiences enjoyed their chemistry in SOTY.

Meanwhile, Anil is overwhelmed with the response received by his latest film Dil Dhadakane Do and said "I am glad that the film did so well. It's a team work and everyone has done a good job. I am thankful to Zoya for giving me an opportunity to be part of this big project,"

Well, we surely can't wait to know, which actors are teaming up for Ram Lakhan remake.
