Kangana Ranaut's Queen To Have A Sequel?
Filmmaker Vikas Bahl created magic in 2013 by delivering a completely different movie in the form of Queen starring Kangana Ranaut and Lisa Haydon. The movie was such a huge hit that people talk about it even today.
During an interview with Bollywoodlife, director of Queen Vikas Bahl spoke his mind on the sequel and was quoted as saying,
"If I tell a sequel to Queen, I would be being a fraud and trying to make money of something that is successful. The only story that Queen has potentially is if we ever tell the story from the boy's (Rajkumar Rao) point of view. There is no other story."
Vikas Bahl, makes it clear that the sequel will not be a women-centric movie, but would tell the story from the boy's side, who ditched Kangana Ranaut a day before their wedding.
This could be a new wave of filmmaking which tell stories of both the characters in two different sequels. The man's role (portrayed by Rajkumar Rao) in Queen was very limited and not much was shown as to why he rejected Kangana at the last minute.
So, we can expect a 'King' of a storyline if this project ever takes place.
