Saif-Katrina Starrer 'Phantom' Release Date Postponed

Number of times the release date of this Kabir Khan's film Phantom being pushed further is just unbelievable. The movie which was slated to release in October 2 last year got pushed to April 2015, reason being all the big banner, big star releases like Haider and Bang Bang were out.

Now when they had the April 2015 slot, makers of this movie feel that the recently released Neeraj Pandey movie Baby is very similar to Phantom.

Akshay Kumar starrer Baby was based on secret operation saving the nation and Phantom is based on 26/11 terror attacks on Mumbai and it is a counter terrorism thriller. The makers of Phantom have postponed the release date yet another time, to August 2015.

Too many similarities with the story between Baby and Phantom could be the reason for pushing the release date. Kabir Khan directed Phantom is a much-awaited film in which Saif and Katrina are playing the role of secret agents.

The release date which got pushed further to August 2015 is just not a good news to any Saif-Katrina fans!
