It's Superstar Shahrukh Khan's 50th birthday today (2nd November 2015). The actor rang in his 50th birthday by cutting the cake with his wife Gauri Khan and kids Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan. Shahrukh also waved at his fans, who were standing outside Mannat to catch a glimpse of their favourite star, on his special day.

Recently, Gauri Khan shared a picture of Shahrukh Khan and the family cutting his birthday cake. She captioned it as, "Happy Birthday @iamsrk .. It's just us tonight!!"

King Khan also took to the microblogging site Twitter to thank his fans, he wrote, "It's been a few hrs & I hav received such unconditional lov & wishes for my smile, I think it's time I find new reasons 2 smile from today."

Talking about his 50th birthday, Shahrukh Khan had told Bollywood Life, "I will start my day by meeting the media. Go out and wave at my fans who are waiting outside my house. Then I will be back and in the evening there is a special bash that has been organised so I meet people.''

Shahrukh Khan further added, ''During that too I will go get clicked, meet people, wave at fans. So throughout the day I will just be waving. Since people celebrate my birthday everywhere right from radio to television, I think it doesn't belong to me anymore."

The handsome actor recently talked about the love he gets from his fans in an interview to Vogue magazine, "Publicly, I'm fantastically confident but sometimes I get ‘weirded' out by all the attention. I can't disrespect the fact that there are these people out there... not just the screaming, selfie-loving fans, but people who seem to truly love me. I can see it when the aunties come and the mothers come and the children come.''

''They hug me, and sometimes they start crying. I don't know which is which... so I make it a point to meet everybody with a lot of love," Shahrukh Khan added.
