Rakhi Sawant: At least Salman Khan Didn't Cause A Bomb Blast

Salman Khan was few days back convicted in the hit and run case and was sentenced to five years of jail term. Several celebrities from the B-Town extended their support for the superstar and the latest to join the pro-Salman group is Rakhi Sawant.

Rakhi Sawant is known for her controversial statements and the diva has now come up with a statement on Salman's hit and run verdict which might not be received well by Sanjay Dutt and many others.

One reporter recently asked Rakhi Sawant what she feels about Salman being sentenced to jail. In reply to that Rakhi said that at least Salman did not cause a bomb blast or plane crash.

She further asserted that Salman is being framed as he is a big star and some people with vested interest are trying to grab money from him.

"He is a big star and so his name is always used for wrong reasons. Those people unnecessarily drag him to the court so that big bags reach their houses", said Rakhi.

She further stated that Salman's driver was guilty and not Salman. "I think they are using Salman. He is innocent. It was his driver's fault and so his driver should be jailed," she said.

The queen of controversy also added, "Yes, if Salman would have caused a plane crash or building crash or a bomb blast then we would have supported the judiciary. But he didn't kill anyone, his driver did."

So, is Rakhi Sawant hinting at Sanjay Dutt's 1993 Bombay bomb blast case for which he is currently serving jail term?
