The Band Baja Baraat actor not only revealed that he has faced casting couch, but also told that it has become so common situation for almost all the strugglers, who dreams to be an actor or actress!

had
met
with
one
casting
director,
what
he
refers
to
as,
'a
really
sleazy
gentle-man'
in
Andheri.
He
also
said
that,
the
guy
didn't
even
look
at
his
impressive
portfolio
and
kept
it
aside.
Instead,
he
told
Ranveer
that
he
has
to
be
'smart
and
sexy'
to
go
ahead
in
showbiz
and
also
advised
Ranveer
to
be
open
to
'take
and
touch'.
"I had worked as an assistant director and I knew that there are no takers for 500-page portfolio. Mine was very impressive and people were intrigued enough to at least take a look at it," said Ranveer.
He added, "Later I got to know what he was interested in. When I said 'no', he was heartbroken like a jilted lover."
Ranveer, who is gearing up for his upcoming film, Bajirao Mastani also said that casting couch is a reality in the industry. "I later spoke with other strugglers who said the man had made similar propositions to them."
