Ranveer
Singh
who
is
back
on
the
sets
of
Sanjay
Leela
Bhansali's
magnum
opus
Bajirao
Mastani
after
a
sabbatical,
was
anxious
and
also
very
nervous
to
be
returning
to
the
sets
and
shooting
from
where
they
left
off.
A
source
close
to
the
actor
reveals
that
on
his
way
to
the
sets,
Ranveer
was
a
bundle
of
nerves
and
felt
quite
a
panic
as
he
was
returning
to
the
character
and
to
the
sets
after
quite
some
time.
Says
the
source,
" While
everyone
has
always
seen
Ranveer
as
this
fun,
energetic
person
who
is
always
oozing
confidence
and
full
of
life,
the
actor
does
have
his
moments
where
he
is
overwhelmed
and
nervous
about
giving
a
challenging
performance.
On
his
way
to
the
sets
of
Bajirao
Mastani,
Ranveer
was
a
bundle
of
nerves
especially
since
he
was
returning
to
the
sets
post
his
shoulder
injury".
"He
immediately
dialed
his
father
for
a
pep-talk.
His
father
completely
reassured
him
that
once
he
got
to
the
sets
and
donned
the
costume,
things
would
come
back
to
him
in
a
flash
and
ironically
that
was
exactly
what
happened."
When
contacted
Ranveer
Singh
said,
"I
was
extremely
nervous
when
I
drove
down
to
the
shoot.
I
had
not
faced
the
camera
in
two-and-a-half
months.
As
I
always
do
in
times
like
these,
I
called
up
my
father.
He
assured
me
I'd
be
just
fine.
I
heard
him
out,
reached
the
set,
put
on
my
costume
and
I
immediately
felt
like
the
great
Maratha
warrior
Peshwa
Bajirao.
After
that
I
went
out
there
and
nailed
it".
