Revealed: This Is How Salman Khan Helped Jacqueline Fernandez

Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez worked in the super hit movie Kick. Both became good friends while doing the movie. Recently, Salman helped Jacqueline by convincing her to do a mother's role in Brothers.

Talking about her upcoming movie Brothers and Salman Khan, Jacqueline told DNA in an interview, ‘'Both the Karans (Johar and Malhotra) came to me with the story of Brothers.''

Jacqueline Fernandez further added, ‘'I met them at the office and he told me what this movie is about and that they wanted me to play Jenny Fernandes.''

‘'I was a little apprehensive about taking on an intense role like this. You are playing a mother and there are too many stereotypes attached to that. So I was a little sceptical. I discussed it with Salman and he convinced me to say yes,''Jacqueline said.

She added, ‘'He told me it would benefit me and that here was a chance for me to prove myself through performance and I should not worry about the glamour and styling taking it away. I pretty much owe it to Karan and Salman for believing that I could carry off the role."
