Shahid Kapoor-Alia Bhatt's 'Shaandaar' Releases In September

Shahid Kapoor-Alia Bhatt starrer Shandaar is all set to hit theaters on September 4, 2015. The destination wedding drama, which is directed by Vikas Bahl of 'Queen' fame, is being co-produced by Karan Johar's Dharma productions and Phantom films.

"Dharma and Phantom proudly present Shandaar... Starring Shahid and Alia... Directed by Vikas Bahl... Releasing on September 4th, 2015!," Karan Johar posted on Twitter.

The shooting of the film already began last September and it also stars Pankaj and Sanjay Kapoor in pivotal roles. Shahid and Alia Bhatt both are very excited to shoot for Shaandaar and will be playing the role of insomniacs.

The makers of the film have gone to some picturesque locations in Poland and London to shoot Shaandaar. The shooting was stalled for a while after the members of The Film Studio Setting and Allied Mazdoor Union stopped working saying there were non-payment of dues.The strike resolved and matters have been sorted out.
