Shahid Kapoor Insulted National Heroes With Wrong #SaluteSelfie

Shahid Kapoor who is currently riding a wave post his wedding and awesome Shaandaar trailer has landed himself into trouble!

On Independence Day, when every Indian, including the Bollywood celebrities were busy posting #SaluteSelfies, even Shahid Kapoor and Aditi Rao Hydari decided to do the same!

Sadly in their enthusiasm, the duo forgot how to salute and posted a selfie by saluting with left hand! This brought a lot of attention towards them, where people started criticising this mistake of theirs.

Along with the picture, Shahid wrote, "#SaluteSelfie acknowledging the selfless, brave heroes #IndianArmy", Aditi wrote, "Thank you for every single day that you selflessly risk your life for our peace and happiness #SaluteSelfie."

With this blunder, suddenly all the attention on Independence Day went to their big mistake. People started posting comments, saying what they did was a big insult to the national heroes.

Some of the comments were, "Never salute with left hand, its wrong," "Salute always wit right hand wit left u insulting hero's", "Madam right hand se salute karte hai..left se nhi (sic)."

There is no way either of the two stars can recover from this, but hopefully they will make an apology soon!
