Sonam Kapoor-Deepika Padukone's Cold War Ends On A Happy Note
Some time in the past, Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were supposed to be in a cold war after the former made some not-so-positive remark about Deepika's fashion statement.
Again recently, Sonam made a general remark that she would never publicise if she does anything for any social cause, which was considered as a pinch to Deepika as she then announced about her decision to support the cause of mental health awareness.
However, it seems all is well between Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone as the former now came up with some praising words for the Happy New Year actress.
Sonam Kapoor who is currently under swine flu treatment, praised Deepika Padukone's work and her success saying that Deepika has been doing much better than her.
When asked about her opinion on Deepika's success, Sonam was quoted as saying, "Well, she is doing much better than I am. Her career has taken a completely different path from mine. She is doing some amazing work. I am happy for her and she deserves it."
Khoobsurat actress Sonam Kapoor who was previously not so impressed with Deepika Padukone's dressing style, apparently now has a different opinion for the actress.
"There is a definite growth in her work, choices and acting. She has started looking better and she is dressing better. She has redefined herself. She started off as a raw diamond and now she is a beautiful piece. It's fascinating. My journey has not been as smooth and easy. But I am trying to get there on a different path. We started off on the same road and went off in different directions," Sonam added.
Sonam Kapoor has been under swine flu treatment since the past couple of days and reports suggest that the actress is recovering pretty fast.
