Veteran Actor Saeed Jaffrey Passes Away At The Age Of 86

Veteran actor Saeed Jaffrey, breathed his last yesterday at the age of 86. The sad news of his demise was posted on Facebook, by his niece Shaheen Agarwal.

Shaheen, posted on Facebook saying, "Today, a generation of Jaffreys has passed away. Saeed Jaffrey has joined his brothers and sister and is rejoicing in the lap of his Heavenly Father, eternally."

Saeed Jaffrey, who was born in Punjab, entertained fans all across the world by his acting skills and stage presence. He started his career in theatre, and rose to fame by doing both Bollywood and Hollywood movies.

The actor has worked with international names such as Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan. In Bollywood, Saeed Jaffery made successful movies such as Ram Teri Ganga Maili, Chashme-Baddoor and Judaai.

Saeed Jaffrey, worked in the movie industry for more than 50 years and had successfully made around 200 screen appearances.

Veteran actor Saeed Jaffrey, was suffering from age-related ailments and breathed his last on November 15, 2015, at the age of 86.
