Vidya
Balan's
upcoming
Hamari
Adhuri
Kahani
with
co-stars
Emraan
Hashmi
and
Rajkumar
Rao
has
been
cleared
by
the
censor
board
with
a
'U'
certificate
without
any
cuts.
Now
the
film
is
all
set
to
release
on
this
Friday
(June,
12)
after
clearing
all
censor
formalities.
Director
Mohit
Suri's
Hamari
Adhuri
Kahani,
basically
revolves
around
the
sensitive
issues
of
domestic
violence
where
a
wife
(Vidya
Balan)
runs
away
from
her
abused
marriage
and
falls
in
love
with
a
hotel
magnate
(Emraan
Hashmi),
until
her
past
comes
back
to
haunt
her.
While
the
Central
Board
of
Film
Certification
clearly
state
that
any
kind
of
domestic
violence
against
women-not
even
a
slap-would
be
accepted.
"We've
repeatedly
stressed
that
every
film
would
be
evaluated
and
certified
individually
and
according
to
individual
content.
Agreed
that
violence
against
women
is
not
allowed.
But
if
the
theme
is
dealt
with
sensitively
we
are
not
rigidly
opposed
to
any
mirror-image
of
a
social
reality." says
the
CBFC's
chairperson
Pahlaj
Nihalani.
Reportedly,
the
intense
love
saga
Hamari
Adhuri
Kahani
was
well
praised
by
everyone
who
saw
the
film.
Interestingly,
the
film
has
missed
three
previous
dates
to
submit
the
film
before
its
final
submission
to
the
censor
board.
The
run
time
of
the
film
is
2
Hour
11
Minutes.
The
audiences
enjoyed
the
love-hate
chemistry
of
Vidya
Balan
and
Emraan
Hashmi
in
the
movie
The
Dirty
Picture.
Let's
hope
that,
this
time
also
they
get
all
the
love
from
the
Bollywood
Janta!
