Deepika Padukone had been mired in the 'My Choice' video controversy for a long time, finally she has broken her silence on the matter and revealed why she chose to do the video.

Strangely, while a lot of accusations were being made on her, none bothered to approach the actress and tried to know her view on the matter.

Deepika speaking to Anupama Chopra regarding her upcoming movie, Piku got talking about this 'My Choice' controversy and the actress finally broke her silence.

She said the media and people made a lot of accusations that this is what she is supporting, this is what she was telling and so on, while none of this was true. She also said that none bothered to talk to her and instead gave their own statements.

Not the kind to ever butt in, Deepika let people think what they wanted to and had decided that she would speak about this matter when spoken to.
