"There are more important things in the country to concentrate on than our friendship. People talk about friendship between me Aamir and Shahrukh but don't discuss important issues. We are just movie stars who are trying to do their work," the handsome actor said.
Salman also clarified that there is no similarity between Aamir Khan's film Dangal and Salman Khan's film Sultan, he said, "Both the films are very different. I know what Aamir is making. Dangal has an amazing true story, about a father and his two kids... It is a lovely and an outstanding film. Mine is actually a romantic film. Sultan is about sports and a man fighting to win over his life back again. There is no chance of comparison.''
Salman Khan further added, "We don't want that comparison between my film and his because we both are working as sincerely as we can and we want fans to see two good films next year. I don't want any ridiculous controversy around the films."
In one of the interviews to a leading website, Salman Khan confessed that Sultan is indeed a tough film for him,"Yes it is and that I am feeling when the rigorous work has not even started yet. I will be training for one more month before shooting for the film. I have been getting hurt all the time from my ankle to my knee, my back, leg and shoulder.''

Not long ago, it was reported that Aamir Khan hosted a party at his Bandra home, where Salman Khan was also invited. At the party Aamir praised Salman for his performance in Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
According to the rumours, at the same party, Aamir Khan told his good friend that he has made some really bad decision in the past, which Salman Khan did not like.
According to a leading website, Aamir Khan told Salman Khan that had he shown this kind of maturity at an early stage in his career, he would've had a lot of proud titles to look back upon.
''Aamir even told Salman that it has been very easy for him. He doesn't have to worry about story or screenplay as the audience laps up his films and he doesn't even work as hard as the other actors," reported the website.
Salman Khan did not like what Aamir said and reportedly, the actor told Aamir that he might not be as hardworking as him, but at least gives credit to the directors and writers of his films. And left the party.
