In one of the pictures, Aishwarya can be seen posing for the camera, along with Sarabjit's real sister, Dalbit Kaur and the picture is so warm that it will automatically bring a smile on your face. While, in some of the pictures, Aishwarya is seen getting ready for the shoot.

As we all know, Aishwarya will don the hat of Dalbit Kaur, in this biopic. When Dalbir was asked by the media, about her opinion about Aishwarya Rai portraying her character in the film,. She said politely, "She is the right choice. I came to know that while shooting a scene for the film earlier, she turned emotional."
Dalbir Kaur, who struggled for years to get her brother out of the Pakistan prison, said, "I hope the biopic will highlight the plight of Indian prisoners lodged in various jails in Pakistan."
"When I was fighting to secure Sarabjit's release, I wanted that a film should be made on him so that the issue gets the worlds attention and people and the government across the border also understands the facts as they stand," she said.
Directed by Omung Kumar, the film also casts Randeep Hooda in the title role and Richa Chadda, who will be seen playing the character of Sarabjit's wife.
