We all love the way he has maintained his charming personality and yesterday, at the book launch of his actress wife, Twinkle Khanna, he was seen bonding with Ranbir Kapoor and boy, it was one sight to be framed. Apart from Ranbir, B-town celebs including Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Sussanne Khan, Sonali Bendre were also in attendance to support Mrs Kumar!

Alia Talked About CBFC At The Event
At the same event, when Alia was asked about her reaction to the U/A certificate for Dear Zindagi, she told, "I am very excited. Censor board has been very kind, very generous, very sweet with their words. My film is getting released and I just want to see the audience's reaction."
Twinkle Dedicated Her Book To Akshay
"This book is dedicated to him (Akshay Kumar). He is my biggest cheerleader, my greatest support. He is a man who takes more pride in my work than anyone ever has, including my mother who is all the time kind of... Like somebody came up to her and said, ‘Your daughter is a good writer' and she shouted and said, ‘This junglee?!' So, I am very fortunate to have this man with me," said Twinkle.

It so happened that when Karan invited Alia to read a passage from the novel and introduced her as "Someone who had a journey from not knowing the country's President to being a young star", Twinkle, at her witty best, interrupted and told, "I want to interrupt. Since he has asked you this ‘who is the President?' I want to ask you something. So please tell me, what is the full form of MNS. Just answer that."
Karan's Funny Reply
"I know what PMS is, that is what I am going through right now." Twinkle replied , "See he did not know. Just rest easy." Karan replied, "I know. I don't want to say anything politically correct or politically incorrect. I want to be silent, that is my stance these days. It is possible I am maintaining a low profile."
Twinkle Khanna On Being A Plump Nerd In Her Teens..
At the book launch event, she revealed that she was more than happy being a 'plump nerd' and here's what she told:
"My granny would always moan about the fact that I never brushed my hair and my mom would always try to put me on a diet and I would tell her I wouldn't fit in. I would ask her why do I need to fit in a size for a dress?"
"We grow up and we need to conform to the society, to fit in. For all the oddballs and misfits out there, if you follow your path you will reach somewhere where no one has reached because you are meant to uniquely do some things which only you can do."
