ATTENTION PLEASE! Anushka Sharma’s Phillauri To Hit The Big Screens On 24th March, 2017!
The film will now release a week earlier than previously scheduled.
After delivering two back to back hits in the form of Sultan and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, all eyes are now set on the actress' next film Phillauri which is also her second home production.
The fun-filled romantic film was earlier scheduled to release on 31st March, 2017. However now as per the latest buzz, Phillauri will hit the big screens ahead of the schedule date.
Anushka herself took to her Twitter handle to announce the new date and wrote-
Guyssssss... Phillauri Ki release date : March 24, 2017! Likh ke Rakho abhi se... Bohot maza aney wala hai... #Phillauri

Shot in the picturesque locations of Punjab, the film, went on floors on Baisakhi earlier this year and was wrapped up by June.
Further the producers was quoted saying, "High concept Bollywood films are being universally loved by audiences and critics and Phillauri, our fun, romantic film falls perfectly under this bracket. It has a unique concept that hasn't been explored before, has the perfect balance of romance and comedy, a fresh exciting pairing and of course Anushka Sharma, who has won hearts with her much-loved performances film after film. All this makes Phillauri an out-an-out entertainer that cuts across all age groups. We are excited to announce that the film will release on 24th March 2017."
The film also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Life Of Pi fame actor Suraj Sharma.
