Arjun Rampal will be seen playing the famous gangster-turned-politician, Arun Gawli in Ashim Ahluwalia's Daddy.

While Gawli has many facets, he is considered as a Robinhood by the residents of his neighbourhood, Dagdi Chawl who lovingly call him 'Daddy'. This morning, Arjun took to his Twitter handle to unveil his first 'wanted' look from the movie...

Earlier, the actor had revealed that it wasn't easy to shoot this film. He had said, "We have done a lot of research. It wasn't easy to shoot for the film as we had to through timelines of several decades."

Arjun's good friend Farhan Akhtar too, has a cameo in the film. While there were reports that he plays Dawood Ibrahim, Arjun had brushed off these speculations as mere rumours and refused to divulge any details.

Daddy marks the Bollywood debut of South actress Aishwarya Rajesh, who will be playing the role of Arun Gawli's wife.
