Baar Baar Dekho is one of the most awaited movies of the year. Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif are working together for the first time in BBD. And their fans are dying to see their hot chemistry on-screen. Katrina's last two films, Phantom and Fitoor, failed to woo the audience because of the poor storylines.

This modern day love story directed by Nitya Mehra chronicles the magical love story of Jay and Diya from teenage love, through marriage, heartbreak and everything else with it.

In a recent interview Nitya Mehra revealed to a leading daily why she chose this script and how this love story is different from its genre.

She said, "It is purely because of the challenge and also because this is the genre of filmmaking I always wanted to experiment. I absolutely love challenges. I mean how many love stories are there. It is such a universal kind of genre to make.''

Nitya Mehra further added, ''So what is it that we're going to do differently. We are a young. We want to push the boundaries. We want to tell new stories and we found a great script by which we could tick all those things. And it is a high concept, one of its kind. That's so exciting."
