Deepika Padukone is busy in the shooting of her first Hollywood film xXx: The Return of Xander Cage. Recently, director D J Caruso posted a stunning picture of Deepika in black hot pants from the sets of the movie. In the picture, Deepika looks menacingly at the stuntman with just the clapboard between the two.

D J Caruso wrote on microblogging site Twitter, "After the slate. I felt sorry for this stuntman. Serena unleashed!#xxx3 #xandercagereturns Dominican here we come.''

In xXx: The Return of Xander Cage, Deepika will be seen with actors like Vin Diesel, Nina Dobrev and Ruby Rose. It is the third film in xXx series and is expected to release next year.

Talking about her Hollywood debut, Deepika Padukone told a leading daily in an interview, "I am very excited. But I want to confess that I am very nervous. Most importantly I feel proud to be a part of a film where I get to flaunt my ethnicity.''

Deepika Padukone further added, "The reason they are roping me is because of my background. I really hope that I do well in the movie and people go and watch it.''

"I work to compete with myself and keep setting the benchmark for myself, to keep bettering. After a successful 2014, I hoped I can do better and then it happened in 2015. It is my constant desire to keep improving. I haven't got a weekend for the past three years.''
