On the work front, SRK will next be seen in Dear Zindagi along with Alia Bhatt. The film is all set to hit the theatres on November 25th. In the film, SRK's character name is Jahangir Khan, while Alia plays the role of a filmmaker named Kaira.
The film is jointly produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Dharma Productions. Dear Zindagi will be Gauri Shinde's second directorial after the critically and commercially successful 'English Vinglish' (released in 2012).
Recently, while interacting with media, Shahrukh had mentioned that in this movie, Shahrukh will be seen in a different avatar. "I think in the last four to five years, I have heard so many people telling me that I am doing the same stuff... that I started believing that I do the same stuff. I as an actor try to keep it different for me. I just know what I can do and what I am offered and within that offering I try to be different," had told SRK!
