Is It Deepika Padukone? Apart From Priyanka Chopra, Another Bollywood Star To Host Oscars 2016

Deepika Padukone, will not be hosting the Oscars 2016 along with Priyanka Chopra, but we're sure when XXX sequel is out, Deepika would become a famous star in Hollywood, and who knows, she might host the Oscars 2017.

Priyanka Chopra, has got the opportunity of a lifetime to host the Oscars 2016, and apart from the actress, there's another Indian actor who would host the award, and it's none other than Slumdog Millionaire star, Dev Patel.

Yes, rumours are doing rounds that Dev Patel would also host the Oscars 2016, but no official confirmation has been given out by the organisers. We can expect a confirmation shortly in a few days time.

Dev Patel, shot to fame after the success of Danny Boyle's, Slumdog Millionaire. The movie, also starred Freida Pinto in the lead role, and went on to become a successful movie across the globe.

Slumdog Millionaire, was a story of 'rags to riches' and how a young boy from the slums of Mumbai, grows to become a millionaire through a TV show. The film, showcases his entire journey of life, love and neighbourhood.

The song from the movie Slumdog Millionaire named 'Jai Ho' was loved by people and it went on to be a massive hit. Radio stations and cafes played the song in a loop as people wanted to hear it every single day.

Dev Patel and Freida Pinto, went on to star in Hollywood movies and were also featured in several Hollywood television series. The duo, shared screen space with top Hollywood stars and made a mark for themselves in the West.
