Vidya Balan desperately needs a hit at this time of her career as in the past her films like Ghanchakkar (2013), Bobby Jasoos (2014), Humari Adhuri Kahaani (2015) and TE3N (2016) bombed at the box office. While TE3N received critical appreciation, Ghanchakkar, Bobby Jasoos and Humari Adhuri Khaani were panned by the critics.
