Kareena Kapoor Says These Days There Is Not Respect For Actors! Find Out Why!

The actress doesn't follow the rules, often mixes up her choice of films and doesn't like to stick to any particular genre. Kareena who has commanded so much of respect for herself over the years feels that in the present times, there is no respect for any actor.

The actress who is busy promoting her movie Ki and Ka along with her co-star, Arjun Kapoor is upset with the way other celebrities are promoting films. She doesn't like the way other celebs have been using social media for promotion.

During an interview she said, "Earlier, there was respect for the actor but now I don't see such respect among people."

"Earlier, people used to get desperate to get one glimpse of their favourite actors, but now celebrities themselves put their bathroom pictures and too many weird pictures on social media, " she added.

Interestingly, Ki and Ka actress, unlike her peers is not part of any social media platform and prefers to stay as far away from it as possible. So, no wonder she doesn't like the way actors are desperately promoting themselves on social media.

Kareena, who is touring different cities with Arjun, further added that she finds promotions very stressful and is too much to take on.

Saif Ali Khan's wife amidst this, admits that such intensive promotions don't really work and can never guarantee a film's success but she is hopeful for her recently released film, Ki and Ka, directed by R.Balki.

Speaking about the film, she adds that the concept is different and something people have never seen on Indian celluloid.

"We are not politicians and we are not causing a revolution. We have made an entertaining film and if people see the message then it is fine, if not even that is fine, because it is a story of two people who decide to experiment on their relationship," said Kareena.
