RUMOUR HAS IT: Ranbir Kapoor To Play Anushka Sharma’s Fiancé In Her Next With Shahrukh Khan?

Ranbir Kapoor and Imtiaz Ali have had successful collaborations in the past in the form of Barfi! and Tamaasha. It looks like this tradition will be continued once again with Imtiaz's next starring Shahrukh Khan and Anushka Sharma as the Kapoor boy is rumoured to be making a cameo appearance this time.

After SRK's special act in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Ranbir is all set to return the favour back by taking up this small part in Imtiaz's film. Apparently, the film-maker who is directing the SRK-Anushka Sharma starrer wanted a strong actor to play a small role in the film. Imtiaz mentioned it to Ranbir who immediately agreed.

As per a Mid-day report, he will be playing Anushka's fiancé in the film. Anushka plays a tourist who falls in the love with her guide (SRK) while travelling across Europe and looking for her lost engagement ring.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan unveiled the film's first look and announced the release date yesterday...
