"I now have the maturity to understand that it comes with the territory. I don't let it affect me because I know now that public memory is short. Therefore, the effect should be in limited capacity. I don't get fazed by the scrutiny. It does gets irritating but not catastrophic."
Ranveer will next be next seen in Yash Raj Films' romantic-comedy Befikre, which also stars Vaani Kapoor. It marks Aditya Chopra's comeback to director's chair after a gap of eight years.
Befikre has been extensively shot in Paris and the trailer of the film was launched at the Eiffel Tower, on October 10, in presence of the Mayor of the city. While the fans were already waiting for the trailer, the film's team looked even more aggressive in promoting its launch over the social media.
Ranveer Singh posted quite a many videos to keep the fans engaged while they were waiting for the trailer. Amongst all the videos, his recreation of 'Ruk Ja Oh Dil Deewane' and 'Mere Khwabo Mein Joh Aaye' from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, left his fans and the audience in astonishment.
