The
farmers
in
Maharashtra,
are
going
through
a
very
tough
phase
as
the
drought
has
brought
in
misery
and
pain
to
their
families.
Nana
Patekar
and
Akshay
Kumar,
are
helping
the
farmers
throughout,
and
now
Aamir
Khan
has
joined
the
bandwagon
of
being
a
Good
Samaritan.
According
to
a
leading
daily,
Aamir
Khan
has
adopted
two
villages
in
Marathwada
named
'Tal'
and
'Koregoan'
in
the
Indian
state
of
Maharashtra.
Aamir
Khan,
runs
a
foundation
called
'Paani',
and
it
deals
with
problems
at
the
grass
root
levels.
Aamir
Khan,
is
actively
engaging
himself
with
the
farmers
and
conversing
with
them
about
watershed
management
and
water
conservation.
It
looks
like
Aamir
Khan,
is
on
a
mission
to
help
the
farmers
of
Marathwada,
and
we're
sure,
the
actor
will
do
his
best
to
solve
the
water
crisis.
A
few
months
back,
the
Khiladi
of
Bollywood
Akshay
Kumar,
had
donated
90
Lakhs
for
the
relief
of
drought-hit
farmers
in
Maharashtra.
However,
Akshay
Kumar
does
not
want
to
talk
about
the
donation
and
was
quoted
as
saying,
"I
don't
want
to
talk
about
it.
I
feel
it
is
stupidity
to
talk
about
it.
I
feel
embarrassed
to
answer
all
these
things.
I
have
never
spoken
about
it."
"You
all
write
about
it
and
I
am
sure
they
(people)
will
get
inspired.
It
is
in
your
hands.
You
want
me
to
say..
one
day
I
thought
about
it
and
read
in
newspaper
and
felt
it
is
bad.
Everybody
does
it
and
there
is
nothing
to
talk
about
it.
I
don't
know
what
to
say."
Kudos
to
Aamir
Khan,
Nana
Patekar
and
Akshay
Kumar
for
lending
a
helping
hand
to
the
distressed
farmers
suffering
from
drought
in
Maharashtra.
