Must Read: Riteish Deshmukh Reveals Why His Film Banjo Got Delayed

We all know that Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri will be working together in Banjo. But the film got delayed, and Riteish revealed the reason behind it, recently.

In an intreview to a leading news agency, Riteish Deshmukh said,"Regarding the look it was Ravi Jadav's wish to do something different with the look. The character I play, which stays in a slum, has a unique style. So Krishika (Lulla) insisted that I should grow my hair long.''

Riteish Deshmukh further added, "We were about to start shooting last October, but was busy doing Housefull 3. I had to push the shoot to have enough time to grow the hair and style it accordingly.''

"I am really excited to do the film as this character is quite unique. Every day when I come to shoot I feel eagerness to work. It keeps me feel live on set," the actor said.

Riteish Deshmukh also talked about his co-star Nargis Fakhri, "Nargis fits the role perfectly. Nargis, who plays the role of a young woman from US visiting India, is apt for the character because of her accent," he said.
