Baaghi, plundered its way into the box office and sidelined Shahrukh Khan's Fan and Hollywood's The Jungle Book, and ended up making a huge amount of 72.42 Crores at the box office. The film-makers threw a success bash and Bollywood stars Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Shahid Kapoor and several others attended the party and congratulated Tiger Shroff & Shraddha Kapoor.

The success bash of Baaghi, was also attended by Shraddha Kapoor's father Shakti Kapoor, and Tiger Shroff's father Jackie Shroff. Both the parents, were visibilly happy to see their children doing well in the movies.

Baaghi, was made on a budget of 35 Crores and the movie has raked in double amount as profit. Crictics, wrote off the movie as a 'casual entertainer' before its release and after the movie was released, things turned towards Baaghi's favour as the film had a strong storyline and amazing action-packed scenes.

After the success of Baaghi, producer Sajid Nadiadwala has decided to make the film into a franchise just like Hollywood films such as Rocky and Rambo. The second part of Baaghi is in the pipeline, and Sajid Nadiadwala confirmed that Tiger Shroff will be a part of the sequel, but Shraddha Kapoor might be replaced.
