Finally! Sanjay Dutt & Arshad Warsi To Come Together For Munna Bhai 3
Munna Bhai MBBS which released in 2003 created a frenzy of sorts in the country as the film thoroughly entertained the audience and was a massive hit. The movie was so good that people started imitating Arshad's role (Circuit) and he became a household name in an instant.
The sequel, Lage Raho Munna Bhai was also a superhit and had a different storyline. This was a decade ago and people are really waiting for the third instalment of the film. There is finally some good news as Arshad Warsi confirmed that the script of Munna Bhai 3 has been finalised.
"We have finally got a brilliant story and Raju, Sanju and me are coming back soon," said an excited Arshad. When pressed further about when they would begin shooting for the movie he said, "I am guessing soon. Maybe sometime next year or after that."
The third instalment of the film was named Munna Bhai Chale America but the idea was later scraped after Sanjay Dutt ended up being in prison. Arshad quipped, "Munnabhai Chale America was a brilliant script but the idea was used by another film and we had to scrap it completely. Now there's a fresh script in place and we are raring to go."
