Shahrukh Khan Meets Raj Thackery! BJP Spokesperson Shaina NC Fumes At His Move!

The tension between India and Pakistan is ripe after the Uri attacks and the Government has banned Pakistani artists in India for the moment. Shahrukh Khan's upcoming film Raees has Pakistani artist Mahira Khan as the heroine and SRK is leaving no stone unturned to keep his movie safe during the release so much so that he met MNS chief Raj Thackery on Monday.

BJP spokesperson Shaina NC has blasted Shahrukh Khan for meeting Raj Thackery by saying, "I don't know what assurances Shahrukh has gone to give Raj Thackeray. Because it is not in Raj Thackeray and his party MNS hands to control Indian outrage against the Pakistan presence in India and Bollywood. This is a matter for the Indian government to handle. Why should Raj Thackeray be consulted about it?"

Shania NC also feels that there is no need for Mahira Khan to be brought to India to promote the film Raees as SRK would be enough to promote the film himself in the country. "The film can be marketed and promoted easily without Mahira. Why is there a need to even contemplate on her presence in India to promote the film when Shahrukh Khan is the film's hero? What did SRK hope to achieve by meeting Raj Thackeray?"

She further commented, "If Pakistan is exporting terror and terrorism to India we cannot import their artistes. It's out of the question. I feel Pakistani artistes should willingly stay away until border issues are resolved as these issues concern people in both the counties."
